A GMC-registered doctor reviews the answers. If it is right for you, the order is approved, and you book a check-in at the pharmacy.

At every appointment we record your weight, height and BMI - and, if you want, blood pressure, pulse and waist circumference. It only takes a few minutes, but it is the difference between treatment and guesswork. We will not hand over the medicine if the numbers say it is no longer appropriate. That is the whole point of doing this in a pharmacy and not a postbox.

Most people we see are on the injectable programme, but there is an oral option too. Both go through the same online consultation, the same doctor review, and the same pharmacy check-in. Your treatment is reviewed regularly, and you can track your progress through a patient dashboard between visits.
